Cancellation Terms by Payment Option

We understand that plans can change. Your cancellation terms depend on the payment option you selected at booking.

Flexible (Deposit Payment)

Pay in Full (5% Discount)

Non-refundable (10% Discount)

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to bookings@shalomsa.co.uk.

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible:

Please include your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation. We will confirm your cancellation and any applicable refund within 48 hours.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds to your account.

Modifications to Bookings

If you need to modify your booking dates rather than cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.

Date changes made less than 7 days before the original check-in date may be subject to availability and rate differences.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances beyond your control (such as severe weather, travel restrictions, or medical emergencies), we may consider offering a full refund or credit for a future stay at our discretion.

Please contact us with supporting documentation, and we will review your case individually.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, this will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided.

If you are delayed, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid your booking being cancelled.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances that may affect your booking.
